The 13th Raleigh Challenge - Wilson Trail 2012

Looking for a challenge? Why not joining the incoming Raleigh Wilson Challenge Trail 2012 to be held on 13-14 October 2012? The trail is designed for beginner as well for a pro in mind with the hardest competing category covers 156km in distance! There are also a night course category for those who wish to shy from the daytime hot sun and experience something different from the usual day trail race. By joining the race, you have taken a step forward by helping more youth serving the worldwide community. The Raleigh organization theme for the competition, "You Walk The Trail, Youth Change The World", Your generosity in donating for the race while having fun in it will definitely make more youth appreciate voluntarism and a whole better world. Corporate entries are encouraged, to promote "Corporate Social Responsibility".

day trip to Naning Waterfall, Bentong

Venue: Bentong, Pahang.

Itinerary:
06:45 - Gather at Lafuma Bangsar
07:15 - Start journey to Bentong, Pahang.
08:45 - ETA Starting Point.
09:00 - Start Trekking
13:00 - ETA Air Terjun Naning
15:00 - Start journey back
18:30 - ETA car park.
19:00 - Back to KL

Things to Prepare
-extra clothings

-2.0 litres of water
-head lamps or torchlight
-sandals
-life jackets for those who are not good swimmers
-rain jackets / ponchos
