Ascent : 400m – 2181m
Terrain : 4WD off-road ride, Multiple River Crossing, Multiple uphill & downhill, dry to muddy trails root clambering and one difficult vertical climb

Last Water Point : Mini waterfall after Camp View, 7E

EXPEDITION FLOW SUMMARY:
DAY 0
2100hrs – Meet up point will be Lafuma Pro Shop, Bangsar (Please have dinner before we meet)
- Convoy to Sultan Azlan Shah Dam, Ulu Kinta Perak
- Overnight camping at the Dam area
DAY 1
0800hrs – Breakfast & Final Packing
– 4WD Ride to trail head
– Start Ascent
- Lunch break for 30 minutes
1900hrs – Sweeper expected to reach Camp View
2000hrs – Dinner
DAY 2
0800hrs – Breakfast & Break Camp
0900hrs – Start Summit attempt
- Lunch break for 30 minutes
1900hrs – Sweeper expected to reach KORBU summit
2000hrs – Dinner
DAY 3
0630hrs – Sunrise, Pictures & Stuff
0800hrs – Breakfast & Break Camp
0830hrs – Day Pack from Mt.Korbu Summit to Mt. Gayong Summit (RETURN)
– Start Descent
- Lunch break for 30 minutes
1900hrs – Sweeper expected to reach Camp Seroja
2000hrs – Dinner
DAY 4
0800hrs – Breakfast & Break Camp
- Start descent
- 30 min stop at the waterfall
- Lunch break for 30 minutes
1400hrs – Sweeper expected to reach trail exit
– Transfer on 4WD to Ulu Kinta Dam
- Convoy back to Kuala Lumpur
- 30 min stop for RnR
- Kuala Lumpur safe and sound

BASIC – RM220 per person (Compulsory)

CATERING SERVICE – RM110 per person (Optional)
(Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Trail Food & 24 Hour Emergency Ration, also the Chef)

(Includes Tent on triple sharing basis & group communal equipment)

Spending almost every day at Bukit Lagong Recreational Forest is a weekend option this weekend. The program organized by Lafuma Malaysia Adventure Group (LMAG) is accompanied by a number of participants who are interested in nature reactions. Recreational forest located in Selayang, Selangor area may still be alien in the Klang Valley society. Just a few meters from the Gombak Police Station Headquarters is on the backdrop of this jungle forest. Starting from the Lafuma boutique in Bangsar, our 7-way recreational vehicle shop in Jalan Telawi climbs the MPV to the jungle. Early morning rainstorm began to diminish the number of entries in the last minute. Our fate is quite good, in Selayang not only does not rain but the sun begins to shine. Our MPV is down the road for this jungle past the settlement of the Orang Asli to the end of the paved road. Historical Trail Adventure - Gunung G.A.P (12/07/08)

The troops of the trip, photo taken by Muzammil As usual, the trip starts off at Lafuma boutique, Bangsar. While waiting for other team members to arrive, some of us took our breakfast at Mamak Restaurant nearby. The weather was perfect with clear blue sky. Most of us in a relax mood and seems to be not in a rush. At about 8:00 am we left Bangsar and head down to Kuala Kubu Baharu (KKB) by Pregio Van and Pajero. We set to meet at KKB town. KKB was a small and old town, the town without traffic light. We can easily bump to each other there without sweat. Shop Online It was 9 am when we arrive at KKB. We bought our pack lunch here and continued the journey toward Fraser Hill at about 9:30 am. We could see Sg. Selangor Dam at the roadside before we cross Sg. Chilling recreation park.
